Asian Family Take Advantage of COVID19 and Go Out for Lobster Every Night

ONLY $25 PER KILO LAH

The Wong family (Uncle Perry, Auntie Leslie, Timothy, and Candice) have always known where to get a good value feed. From Groupon discounts, Ozbargain food deals, to cheap Asian eats that haven’t been ruined by food blogs (Broadsheet), the Wong’s should run a family Instagram foodie account.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wong’s have experienced their share of anxiety and panic. They’ve bought more toilet paper and canned Spam than they would like to admit.

But recently they’ve chosen to see the silver lining in situations, which brought Auntie Leslie to ask.

“This Coronavirus sucks, I’m tired of eating Spam and macaroni pasta.”

“How can we turn a very bitter melons situation, into a delicious dish?”

“Let’s go to the Confucius Dragon Restaurant, the best Chinese in Yapland” Uncle Perry replied.

Being one of the only patrons in the enormous restaurant, they feasted on a Red Emperor Lobster, washing it down with BYO Yarra Valley Shiraz.

“Better eat up kids, this probably won’t last. The next time you’ll get this will be Chinese New Year in 2021.”

More spice to come.
