Is it worth it?

From a cost perspective, it works out cheaper per bubble tea vs buying in store.

If the cost of a bubble tea out is $6, here’s how much more you’ll spend vs getting it through Bubble Tea Club.

We’ve included shipping as well where applicable.

Amount (Milk Tea) Cost (Bubble Tea Club) Cost (in store) How much you can save?
5 pack $19.95 +$9.95 $30 $0.05
10 pack $34.95 $60 $15.05
20 pack $54.95 $120 $55.05
40 pack $99.95 $240 $140.05
20 pack (2 flavours) $64.95 $120 $45.05
40 pack (2 flavours) $109.95 $240 $130.05

The cost savings are obvious. The only question is – can you really be f*cked making it?

Is it easy to make?

According to the Bubble Tea Club Website recipe page it will take roughly 20 minutes to make bubble milk tea.

  • Pearls = 20 minutes
  • Milk tea = 5-10 minutes (can be done while you wait).

When we made it it took just under 20 because we boiled water using a kettle and then threw it into a pot.

Most of the recipes there are 3 components.

  1. The toppings using a pot
  2. The tea using a pot or kettle
  3. Assembling it together.

Bottom line

You’ll save money. But you’ll need a spare 20 minutes.
