2am Sydney: A local group of misfits send Jenny Wang vaguely property related messages after a big night out.

“Hey kittyhouse28. How’s the kitty in your house?”, the first message reads.

With no intention to purchase property, Jayden Finn continues to pester the PW real estate agent at 2:46am with thinly guised innuendoes, much to the delight of his mates nearby.

“10,000+ satisfied customers. How satisfied can you leave me?”

“Nice Wechat story, it’d be better if it had us in bed.”

While most of her clientele is focused on servicing home buyers around the asian hotspots of Chatswood, Eastwood and Rhodes, PW Realty’s ambitions have led her face to be splashed on subway billboards in Town Hall, to the interest of many late-night Sydney revellers.

“I am mostly surprised that they downloaded WeChat to send the messages. It’s mostly an app used by Chinese people”, she said.

As her phone lights up to a sea of WeChat messages on her bedside table, Jenny Wang now strongly reconsiders advertising her personal contact details on a public billboard.

“Would love to do a inspection of your house, and your kitty”, floats in another.

When approached for a comment by Yap Nation, Jayden Finn promptly finished his can of energy drink and answered with a friendly “Fuck you and your fat mum”.

More to come soon.
