As the State’s leaders prepare to gradually lift quarantine restrictions, Gurleen Kaur’s life goes on mostly unaffected. The 19 year old university student has not felt the impacts of a nationwide mandatory quarantine due to the fact that her parents rarely let her outside of the house in the first place.
“Yeah it’s no big deal,” she says.
“Stay inside. Don’t go out on dates. Don’t go out to bars and clubs. Business as usual right?”
Across the street, her neighbor Amy is ‘LITERALLY DYING!’
“Just let us out already!” Amy says.
“I had Contiki booked in July but now it’s all cancelled.”
“This always happens to people to my generation it’s fucking bullshit!”
While Amy eagerly awaits for restrictions to be lifted, Gurleen goes on with life as normal studying and maintaining an online relationship with a guy she’s met twice.
